Beautiful with olive oil for dressing a salad, it is also lovely drizzled sparingly over grilled vegetables and mortadella as an antipasto, and to enhance steaks, eggs or grilled fish, as well as on fresh fruit such as strawberries and pears and on plain Crema (custard) gelato. Indispensable really!
