A crumbly, egg enriched biscuit packed with beautifully moist chunks of soft apricots. Made by an artisan producer in Tuscany, the biscuits are cooled in the fresh hillside air from the moment they leave the baking oven.
Lovely served with poached or baked fruit, chilled Vin Santo or simply dipped in a coffee.
