We found a small artisinal noodle manufacturer tucked away in the mouintains of Gifu, central Japan. They have been established since 1935 and mastering the art of ramen noodle making ever since. Only using local Ingredients mixed with the fresh clear waters of the local Nagara river, these noodles have the perfect bite. Apart from the traditional ramen broth, they are amazing when drizzled with some of our truffle soy sauce for that unique Vallebona twist!
