Cassulli with spinach is a short green pasta, once cooked it looks like fresh pasta and maintains it’s green colour. Made in a small village 6 miles from Bari in Puglia. It is slowly naturally dried and 100% Italian wheat drum semolina. Antonella and he father make only small batches of this artisan pasta.
