A culinary symbol of Easter in Italy, the Colomba (Italian for dove) is a traditional dove shaped cake. Our delicious Colomba hails from a family run business based in Turin who also prepare our ever so popular and delicious panettone.
The rich soft dough which contains candied peel and topped with pearl sugar and almonds is fashioned into a dove shape before being baked.
