Vallebona's soft, moist panettone is made in Piedmont, Italy, following recipes that have been handed down through generations of the same family. Using the traditional ingredients; a "mother" yeast, the best Belgian butter, Italian flour, raisins and orange peel, they are slowly baked, left to cool naturally, upside down, for 10 hours to ensure that the moisture and texture are retained. It's why this panettone is the best we've ever tasted.
The panettone is hand-wrapped, and accessorised with a red pompom made by hand from Piemonte wool. We know the importance of presentation, and this ensures that the panettone isn't just a delicious and traditional gift, but a beautiful one too.
