Smoked Ricotta or Ricotta Mustia is a traditional sheep cheese from the north part of Sardinia. It’s great for cooking and melting like halloumi on a dry non-stick pan, accompanied with grilled tomatoes or aubergine. Giuseppe the producer is based a couple of miles from Sassari in the north part of the island.
