Scamorza is a delicious traditional cow’s cheese from Puglia in Southern Italy, ours is produced by Luigi and his wife Roberta. This cheese is ideal for melting lavishly over pizza, or as an indulgent topping for cheesy pasta recipes. It is smoked for a deeper flavour than mozzarella and works perfectly in a huge number of Italian recipes.
