Coming from the Shodoshima island in Shikoku, which is an island known for soy sauce and olive oil production. Yamamoto’s famous soy sauce is combined with kombu and katsuo bonito. It is aged for two years in 150 year old timber barrels, intensifying the flavour yet retaining a round, subtle umami taste.
