Pecorino Sardo is a traditional aged sheep cheese made only from local milk. Crumbly, but still very delicate and not salty at all. Recently scientists concluded this is one of the main ingredients of the diet of Centenarians of Sardinia, which is a Blue Zone. The producers are two brothers Cicci and Nanni based in the South of the island.
